  2. You asked a great question on my blog about how to replace the sunchokes in a risotto recipe. They’re a slightly starchy little tuber, and I think either parnsip or turnip pureed in the same manner would work out great. Thanks for visiting my site!

    I was actually looking for the quantities of Stout to buttermilk for Nigella’s oaten rolls, from last nights prog, but I’m not going to bother now, as I came across your lovely recipe for the brown bread with stout, so thank you, I’m off to make some, and hopefully impress my sister, who arrives from the U.S tomorrow, and makes all her own bread every day!
